This is the place where you can personalize your profile!
But, how?
By moving, adding and personalizing modules.
You can drag and and drop to rearrange.
You can edit modules to customize them.
The left side has modules you can add!
Some modules you can only access when you get a subscription.
Some modules have options that are only available when you get a subscription.
We've split the page into zones!
Certain modules can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!
Now go forth and astound us all with your devious profiles!
Yeah, I saw it last week and I haven't really talked about my opinion on it yet. Now, some of you probably don't care about my opinion, but...you're gonna read it anyway.
(Minor Spoilers Ahead)
When I saw the first Transformers, I considered it classic. Not just because of the advancements in cgi, but just because it was a classic movie. It had some pretty sick fights, some bad@$$ lines from the Transformers and, I dunno, it just felt like a classic. A movie that I would look back on years from now and say "that movie rocks".
"Revenge of the Fallen"....isn't AS classic as the first. Not to say I don't like it, it just doesn't have the same feel of the original. I kinda like the story. It's cool to think that there is a higher athority than Megatron and that even he has to take orders from someone.
I also liked that they showed more of Starscream (which disapointed me in the first one, when he said one line of dialogue) and how much of a b**ch he is around Megatron. There is also some awesome scenes between Megatron and him that just remind of the old cartoons. Especially when Megatron gets jacked up by Optimus and he is left lying on the ground yelling out "STARSCREAM!". It made me laugh and think "Now THAT is classic Megatron".
The other cool thing is, they introduced even MORE Transformers this time around and even brought in some of the more obscure characters. Two characters I guess I could've done without are the Twins. I guess they wouldn't have bothered me as much is the green one didn't have two giant buck teeth, one painted gold. I really coulda done without that.....I also probably coulda done without Devastator having balls....
There are so many Transformers in this though, that it was like a Transformers christmas! I also had a geek overload when I heard Soundwave's voice and realized "Holy crap, that's Frank Welker!!!"
The fight scenes and the cgi are definetely better than the first one. There are some friggin' great fight scenes, most of them involving Optimus Prime vs EVERYTHING! I'll admit, when I see Optimus Prime rip apart a Decepticon's head with red-hot hooks that sprout from his hands, I crap myself a little.
The one thing that seems the be kinda the problem with this movie (which also happens to be the thing that a lot of people complain about) is the humor. I mean, some of the humor is funny, but some of the other stuff (via Devastator's balls from earlier) is a little wierd. They could've cut back on some of the jokes.
Transformers 2 falls somewhere between a 3 out of 5 and a 4 out of 5. I guess a 3 and a half out of 5. It's kinda worth seeing in theaters.
Peace, G
